Reduce, reuse, recycle

VALENTIN is a pioneer in recycling. The company has been recycling injection sprues and production defects since 1983.

Production is continuously checked, by the adjuster at the start of the series and then by the operators, according to a precise control range established beforehand by the Quality Manager. Defective parts are automatically discarded and directed to regrinding with injection sprues.

Once reground the material is ready to be reused.

Thanks to this process, Valentin incorporates up to 30% recycled plastic materials in the design of its products.

This approach introduced 40 years ago, driven by the desire to do well, has made Valentin a pioneer in the field. In 2022 Valentin invested in a new, even more efficient shredder.
