New less energy-intensive electric machines

VALENTIN wishes to reduce its environmental impact by controlling its energy consumption.

Since 2019, the company has been gradually renewing its machine park. The 25 hydraulic injection molding machines are gradually being replaced by a new generation of electric injection molding machines.

Thanks to its new, less energy-intensive electric machines (average consumption of 0.28 Kw/h/kg), the company achieves 30% savings compared to its old hydraulic machines.

Productivity has also improved, with improved quality and honed precision.

To date, the company has replaced 6 machines (4 in 2019, 1 in 2020 and 1 in 2022) and will continue the transition year after year.
