Work on the installation of the new chrome plating and zero discharge line continues in the VALENTIN factory.
The treatment tanks have been received and installed (grey rectangular tanks) in their entirety.
The white cylindrical tanks have different attributions
- 1 tank to store distilled water produced by the evaporators
- 1 tank for the Eluates to be treated by the evaporators
- 1 tank to store the final concentrated waste from the evaporator which will be treated by a specialized external organization
Safety is reinforced by the fact that each tank is doubled: 1 tank in another to ensure leak-proof safety.
The blue bottles contain ion exchange resins to filter and capture pollutants through an electro-physical phenomenon which allows the saturation of polluting elements in the different rinsing tanks.
